- Strengthen endpoint security posture through Conditional Access, Defender, OS hardening, and compliance policy enforcement.
- Own complex change deployments, ensuring proper validation, documentation, and adherence to IT change and governance processes.
- Produce high‑quality runbooks, standards, dashboards, and data‑backed reports for technical teams and senior leadership.
- Collaborate closely with infrastructure, security, service desk, and application teams to deliver integrated EUC solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting best practices, operational excellence, and a data‑first mindset.
- Participate in off‑hours support and on‑call rotations as required to maintain service availability.

- Deep knowledge of Windows and macOS platforms, endpoint security, patching, application delivery, and profile management technologies.
- Experience operating in regulated or security‑conscious enterprise environments.
- Strong scripting capability (PowerShell and macOS scripting preferred).
