About the job

We are looking for alert, fair-minded Content Moderators to review content on our platform and make sure it follows company guidelines. You will help keep the platform safe, respectful and trustworthy for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and monitor platform content to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
2. Flag inappropriate or policy-violating content and take necessary action in a timely manner.
3. Refer critical or sensitive cases to the Team Lead for further review.
4. Document moderation activities, including cases reviewed and actions taken, accurately.
5. Assess user complaints and provide relevant feedback to support improvements in moderation policies and processes.

Other requirements

1. Graduate in any discipline.

2. Strong understanding of Hindi and English; regional languages are a plus.

3. Sharp attention to detail and ability to stay focused for long periods.

4. Sound judgement and composure when making quick decisions.

5. Comfortable viewing sensitive content as part of the job.

6. Comfortable working rotational and night shifts.

7. Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in content moderation or trust and safety is a plus.
