About the job

KRAVVE is a fresh meat and seafood delivery platform. We deliver fish, chicken, mutton, and other fresh food products.

Key responsibilities:

1. Speak with customers over calls and WhatsApp, answer product queries, and confirm orders.
2. Handle questions about fish varieties, meat cuts, quantities, availability, and delivery.
3. Enter and update orders, customer details, and special instructions in our system.
4. Coordinate with processing, packing, and delivery teams.
5. Track deliveries and keep customers informed.
6. Collect customer feedback, record it in the system, and follow up on complaints until resolved.
7. Reconcile daily orders, payments, rider cash collections, cancellations, and refunds.
8. Maintain daily reports of pending orders, payments, and customer issues.

Other requirements

1. Must be comfortable working in a non-vegetarian food business and handling customer queries related to fish, chicken, and mutton.

2. Good communication skills in Hindi and English; Marathi is a plus.

3. Basic computer skills, including WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and order management systems.

4. Organised, responsible, and able to manage busy delivery hours.

5. Customer support, food delivery, retail, or operations experience preferred.
