About the job

As an operations associate at Renan Partners, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to oversee and enhance our online community engagement. You will take charge of managing and engaging with our workforce. Your primary focus will be on community growth, quality assurance, and fostering a vibrant and motivated ecosystem. You'll work closely with the Renan team to ensure seamless coordination and high-quality outputs from our labellers. This will provide you with hands-on experience in operations and community management within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and onboard potential vendor partners.
2. Proactively reach out to prospective partners personally or via calls and emails to pitch collaboration opportunities.
3. Negotiate contract terms, strike deals, and gather/evaluate vendor rate cards to ensure cost-effective data sourcing.
4. Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery and quality of data.
5. Track work processes and handle coordination between external vendors and internal product/data teams.
