Key responsibilities:

Maintain student records, documents, and database.
Handle student applications and verify required documents.
Assist with visa file preparation and documentation.
Coordinate with counsellors, universities, and internal teams.
Update student details and application status in the CRM.
Handle emails, calls, and student queries.
Maintain daily reports, MIS, and records.
Follow up on pending documents and application updates.
Ensure accurate data entry and proper document filing.
Provide administrative and operational support to the branch.
