About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Itinerary Planning & Preparation: Design and prepare customized travel itineraries based on client requirements, preferences, and budgets.
2. Package Costing: Prepare accurate tour package costing, manage budgets, and ensure competitive pricing.
3. Vendor Management: Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, destination management companies, and other travel service providers.
4. Negotiation & Rate Management: Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive rates, special offers, and favourable booking terms.
5. Destination Knowledge: Apply knowledge of domestic and international destinations, sightseeing options, hotels, routes, and travel logistics to create suitable travel packages.
6. On-Trip Guest Support: Provide timely assistance to guests during their trips and ensure smooth travel experiences.
7. Travel Operations Management: Oversee operational arrangements during trips, including hotel coordination, transfers, sightseeing, and other travel services.
8. Issue Resolution & Scenario Management: Handle unexpected situations, booking changes, cancellations, delays, and emergencies with effective problem-solving skills.
9. Client Communication & Query Handling: Respond promptly and professionally to client queries, coordinate with relevant teams, and ensure smooth communication throughout the booking and travel process.
