About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate across internal teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
2. Track tasks, projects, timelines, and deliverables across functions.
3. Follow up with team members and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
4. Translate management priorities and decisions into clear, actionable tasks.
5. Identify operational gaps, delays, and bottlenecks and drive them toward resolution.
6. Conduct and coordinate internal meetings, maintain action points, and ensure follow-through.
7. Coordinate with doctors, healthcare professionals, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders as required.
8. Provide regular operational updates to management.
9. Build systems that improve accountability, efficiency, and coordination as the organization grows.
10. Take ownership of operational issues from identification through resolution.
