About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries via email and chat regarding order status and delivery issues.
2. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and resolve shipment issues.
3. Manage NDR (Non delivery report) and RTO (Return to Origin) processes, including customer follow-ups and shipment tracking.
4. Follow up on delayed, undelivered, and lost shipments until resolution.
5. Maintain accurate records of delivery issues and customer interactions.
6. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to reduce delivery failures and RTO's.
