About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Intake & Processing: Receive, review, and process spare parts orders directly from partner garages, ensuring high accuracy in part selection and quantities.
2. CRM Management: Log, track, and update all order statuses, customer queries, and transactions meticulously within the CRM system.
3. Delivery & Fulfillment Coordination: Coordinate closely with logistics, inventory, and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery to garages.
4. Fast Learning & Query Resolution: Quickly grasp automotive component categories, vehicle applications, and part catalogs to troubleshoot order discrepancies and support daily fulfillment.

Fresh Graduate / Starter: Looking for sharp, motivated freshers eager to jumpstart their career in automotive operations.

Quick Learner: High aptitude for understanding and remembering automobile spare parts, part numbers, and fitments rapidly.

Tech-Savvy & Organized: Comfortable working with CRM software, internal tracking tools, and spreadsheets with strong attention to detail.

Communication & Coordination: Strong interpersonal skills to manage seamless communication between partner garages and internal fulfillment teams

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,00,001 /year
