The Procurement Associate plays a critical role in optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations by forecasting material, service, and operational needs to build data-driven procurement plans aligned with budgets, inventory levels, and business forecasts. They proactively manage vendor relations by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding reliable suppliers, negotiating competitive commercial terms, and developing alternate sources to mitigate supply-chain risks. Additionally, the role ensures smooth daily operations by maintaining robust tracking systems for open purchase orders, resolving delivery bottlenecks, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Stores, Logistics, and Finance), and conducting on-site supplier visits and audits to maintain high delivery and quality standards.

Probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
