About the Company
Druvtara Studio operates in the furniture and interiors space, creating thoughtful design solutions and delivering engaging experiences for clients. The studio is looking for a motivated trainee who is eager to understand both day-to-day operations and digital brand communication in a creative business environment.
Responsibilities
Support routine operational coordination, documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups across ongoing furniture and interiors projects.
Assist with digital media activities, including content planning, social media updates, visual coordination, and basic performance tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to help keep tasks, information, and timelines organized.
Contribute ideas for improving online visibility, audience engagement, and the presentation of the studio’s work.
Maintain clear records and provide regular updates on assigned activities.
Social Media Management: Upload Instagram posts, Reels and Stories, write basic captions, and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Content Creation: Shoot product photographs and short videos of furniture, woodworking processes and behind-the-scenes activities at the workshop.
AI-Assisted Content: Use ChatGPT and AI image-generation tools to develop content ideas, captions, visual concepts and marketing assets.
Workshop Operations: Maintain inventory records, update stock sheets, track material requirements and document incoming supplies.
Project Tracking: Maintain simple project trackers, photograph work in progress, monitor task status and flag delays or issues to the founder.
3D Design Learning: Learn and experiment with 3D modelling software such as Fusion 360 or Plasticity to support product visualisation and design development.
Organisation & Documentation: Organise product photographs, maintain digital records and help streamline routine business processes.
Ownership & Initiative: Take responsibility for assigned tasks, follow through without constant reminders, and identify practical ways to improve daily operations.
Requirements
Applicants should be organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and an interest in furniture, interiors, design, or digital media are preferred.
The role requires 4–6 hours of engagement daily and is offered as a 6-month paid internship.
Relevant academic exposure or practical interest in operations, marketing, communications, media, or design will be useful.
The internship offers a monthly stipend of ₹15,000 and may lead to a job offer based on performance, business requirements, and mutual fit.
