About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare OOH media plans, proposals, and campaign recommendations.
2. Develop client presentations, pitch decks, and strategic planning documents.
3. Work extensively on Microsoft Excel for media planning, cost analysis, inventory management, and campaign tracking.
4. Coordinate with media owners, vendors, and partners across North India and other key markets.
5. Source media options and evaluate locations based on client objectives and target audience.
6. Maintain and update media databases, rate cards, availability reports, and campaign trackers.
7. Support campaign execution, operations, documentation, and reporting.
8. Assist the sales and business development teams with planning and proposal requirements.
9. Conduct market research and competitive analysis for OOH opportunities.
10. Ensure timely coordination between clients, media owners, and internal teams.

Prior experience in Out-of-Home (OOH), Outdoor Advertising, Media Planning, Advertising Agencies, Media Owners, Transit Media, or Digital OOH.

Knowledge of major media owners and outdoor advertising networks across North India and other Indian markets.

Understanding of billboard, transit, airport, metro, mall, and digital outdoor media formats.
