About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily calendars, coordinate internal team meetings, and schedule client calls.
2. Plan and execute out-of-town business travel, including flights, hotels, ground transit, and itineraries.
3. Accompany the founder on official out-of-station business trips to handle scheduling, client meetings support, and on-site administrative tasks.
4. Draft professional emails, prepare basic meeting notes, and handle confidential documentation.
5. Track business expense reports and handle basic office management operations.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2. Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.

3. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office.

4. Full willingness to travel out of station on short notice for official business.

5. High degree of professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 1 month

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,60,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 - 2,40,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 20,000 /year
