Job Description :We have an immediate requirement for an Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Management & Payroll Data Migration https://jobeax.com/link/n4yr7dd3K710GAGw Responsibilities :- Strong functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with specific expertise in Absence Management and Payroll.- Hands-on experience in configuring Absence Plans, Absence Types, Eligibility Profiles, Accrual Plans, Enrolments and Absence Processing.- Strong understanding of the integration between Absence Management, Core HR and Payroll.- Hands-on experience in Payroll Data Migration from legacy applications to Oracle Fusion HCM.- Experience migrating payroll-related data including Element Entries, Payroll Balances, Personal Payment Methods, Bank Details and other payroll conversion objects.- Strong hands-on experience with HDL/HSDL for HCM and Payroll data loading.- Experience in data extraction, cleansing, transformation, mapping, loading, validation and reconciliation.- Ability to analyse and resolve HDL/data-load errors and reconciliation issues.- Good understanding of Fast Formula related to Absence and Payroll would be advantageous.- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, mock conversions, cutover, go-live and post-production activities.- Ability to work closely with Payroll, HR, Data Migration and Technical teams to ensure successful end-to-end data conversion.- Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder-management https://jobeax.com/link/iYvPXJwd8ggsBbi5 Skills :- Oracle Fusion HCM, Absence Management, Payroll, Payroll Data Migration, HDL/HSDL (ref:hirist.tech)
