Role & Responsibilities
Process non-voice transactions including data entry, form validation, and document verification with 99%+ accuracy.
Adhere strictly to SOPs, quality checklists, and client-specific compliance protocols for every task.
Use proprietary tools and CRM platforms to log, track, and escalate exceptions or discrepancies in real time.
