About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical positions.
2. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social media platforms.
3. Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
4. Coordinate interviews and hiring activities with hiring managers and stakeholders.
5. Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs.
6. Manage recruitment documentation, ATS records, and hiring reports.
7. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
8. Support bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and volume recruitment initiatives.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve recruitment targets.
10. Stay updated with recruitment trends, sourcing strategies, and labor market insights.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or a related discipline.

4. Experience hiring for business, operations, sales, finance, HR, customer service, manufacturing, logistics, and administrative roles.

5. Knowledge of recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques.

6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

7. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

8. Passion for recruitment, relationship building, and talent acquisition.
