We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role involves assisting customers, resolving their queries and concerns, and delivering a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate customer information and follow established service processes.
Support the team in improving customer service processes and overall service quality.
Meet defined customer service and performance targets.

Ability to work in rotational/night shifts as required.
Prior customer service, BPO, or call-centre experience is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Night Shift Allowance as applicable for eligible working hours.

• 5 days of temporary accommodation for candidates relocating to Ahmedabad.
