Should be willing to work night shifts.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or support, preferably in a voice-based environment.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English.
Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
Willingness and availability to work night shifts, including weekends as needed.
