Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Ghaziabad. The Video Editor will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, landing pages, and other digital channels. Daily responsibilities include cutting and refining footage, adding transitions, graphics, text overlays, and sound effects, and ensuring videos align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The role also involves optimizing video formats for different platforms, maintaining organized project files, and collaborating on storyboards and visual concepts to support performance-driven campaigns. The Video Editor is expected to meet deadlines, respond to feedback constructively, and contribute ideas that enhance viewer engagement and conversion rates.
Strong video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Experience with motion graphics and basic animation tools (e.g., Solid understanding of audio editing, sound design, and synchronization for high-quality video output.
Ability to adapt video content for different digital platforms, such as social media, paid ads, and e-commerce landing pages.
Knowledge of performance marketing principles and how video content can drive leads, conversions, and brand awareness.
Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
Relevant education in film, media, design, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in a marketing or advertising environment and familiarity with metrics-driven creative work is an advantage.
