Job Description :Key Responsibilities :- Assist in configuring and maintaining Juniper and Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.- Perform basic network provisioning and configuration changes as per guidelines.- Monitor network performance using network management tools.- Perform initial troubleshooting of network issues and escalate to L2/L3 support as needed.- Provide first-level support for network-related incidents.- Document network issues, solutions, and processes accurately.- Assist in implementing network security policies and procedures.- Support firewall rule management and network security practices.- Work closely with senior network engineers and other IT teams to support network projects.- Participate in network deployment and upgrade https://jobeax.com/link/lYRm4pXQgLMTgQeF Skills & Qualifications :- Basic knowledge of Juniper (Junos OS) and Cisco (IOS/NX-OS) network devices.- Understanding of routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).- Familiarity with switching technologies (e.g., VLANs, STP, Virtual Chassis).Certifications :- Preferred : JNCIA (Juniper Networks Certified Associate) and/or CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate).Soft Skills :- Good communication and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment (ref:hirist.tech)
