Establishing proper user accounts and monitoring user access and security
Carrying out capacity planning
Enforcing and documenting database policies, procedures, and standards
Communicating regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security
Responsible for providing trend analysis to management team to enable them to make an informed decision
Minimum Experience of 10+ years
Expertise in working on MySQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB on medium to large systems
Proficiency in performance tuning, backup, recovery, security, disaster recovery, patching and upgrades
Development experience is added advantage
