About the Role We are looking for a Junior Murex Environment & Batch Support Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to support the stability of the MX.3-on-AWS platform through hands-on production support, EOD batch monitoring, and environment management activities. A strong technical background is essential. This is a rotational shift role covering regular day shift and UK shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST).
Key Responsibilities
Monitor EOD batch processing on MX.3 — tracking job execution, identifying failures, and escalating or resolving issues promptly.
Provide L1 / L2 production support for Murex MX.3 — logging, triaging, and resolving platform incidents under senior engineer guidance.
Support Murex environment management — environment provisioning, configuration, and maintenance across Dev, UAT, and Production on AWS.
Manage job scheduling — Control-M / Autosys — monitoring batch dependencies, SLAs, and alerts for Murex workflows.
Execute and support Murex platform deployments — patches, configuration changes, and release activities across environments.
Maintain operational documentation — incident logs, batch monitoring notes, and environment configuration records.
Collaborate with senior engineers, development, and infrastructure teams — supporting Murex platform stability and incident resolution.
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of Murex MX.3 support or environment management experience in capital markets environments.
Strong technical background — Linux / Unix, Shell scripting, and SQL for Murex platform operations.
Good EOD batch monitoring experience — Control-M / Autosys job tracking and basic failure resolution.
