JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Multi-Skilled Technician to handle routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of electrical, plumbing, and other basic building maintenance systems across the campus.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of electrical systems, lighting, switches, sockets, and wiring.
- Handle basic plumbing works, including water leakage, pipe repairs, taps, and drainage issues.
- Carry out minor civil maintenance, carpentry, and general repair works as required.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical faults in campus facilities and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all systems are functioning properly.
- Respond promptly to maintenance complaints and service requests.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
- Follow safety procedures while carrying out repair and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with the facilities and maintenance team to complete assigned tasks on time.
- Support preventive maintenance activities to minimize breakdowns.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance works.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate and maintain maintenance tools and equipment.
- Good time management and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.
EXPERIENCE
Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance, campus maintenance, facility management, or a similar role are preferred.
