We are looking for a skilled and responsible Multi-Skilled Technician to handle routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of electrical, plumbing, and other basic building maintenance systems across the campus.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform routine maintenance and repair of electrical systems, lighting, switches, sockets, and wiring.
Handle basic plumbing works, including water leakage, pipe repairs, taps, and drainage issues.
Carry out minor civil maintenance, carpentry, and general repair works as required.
Identify and troubleshoot technical faults in campus facilities and equipment.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure all systems are functioning properly.
Respond promptly to maintenance complaints and service requests.
Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
Follow safety procedures while carrying out repair and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with the facilities and maintenance team to complete assigned tasks on time.
Support preventive maintenance activities to minimize breakdowns.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance works.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to operate and maintain maintenance tools and equipment.
Good time management and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.
EXPERIENCE
Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance, campus maintenance, facility management, or a similar role are preferred.
