JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Multi-Skilled Technician to handle routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of electrical, plumbing, and other basic building maintenance systems across the campus.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of electrical systems, lighting, switches, sockets, and wiring.
• Handle basic plumbing works, including water leakage, pipe repairs, taps, and drainage issues.
• Carry out minor civil maintenance, carpentry, and general repair works as required.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical faults in campus facilities and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all systems are functioning properly.
• Respond promptly to maintenance complaints and service requests.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
• Follow safety procedures while carrying out repair and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with the facilities and maintenance team to complete assigned tasks on time.
• Support preventive maintenance activities to minimize breakdowns.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance works.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate and maintain maintenance tools and equipment.
• Good time management and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.

EXPERIENCE

Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance, campus maintenance, facility management, or a similar role are preferred.
