Job Title: AI Platform Build Manager
Role Overview:
In the role of AI Platform Build Manager within EY GDS's Managed Services “AI for AI” team, you will be at the helm of pioneering AI/ML and Agentic project deliveries, with a keen focus on leveraging AWS or Azure GenAI, NLP, and Transformer models to drive innovation and solve complex challenges. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing a portfolio of Agentic engagements, fostering strong relationships with global clients and EY stakeholders, and steering your team towards delivering excellence. You will play a critical role in nurturing a team of high-caliber professionals, cultivating a culture of high performance, and maintaining EY's reputation as a leader in AI/ML and Agentic solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the complete lifecycle management of advanced analytics, Agentic ML, AI, and GenAI initiatives, with a focus on NLP and Transformer models, ensuring flawless integration with cloud services.
- Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing them with the training and insights needed to become proficient in AI/ML and cloud technologies.
- Display outstanding project management skills, leading the charge in the successful delivery of complex AI/ML projects, adhering to tight deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.
- Engage actively in problem-solving and hands-on technical delivery, committing to the highest levels of quality and pushing the envelope of innovation.
- Analytical Problem Solving – Possess the ability to dissect problems from a holistic perspective, rather than being constrained by specific techniques.
- Planning: Demonstrate the capacity to make significant contributions to both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning.
- Industry Knowledge - Stay informed about the latest developments in Data Science and AI, and adeptly apply this knowledge to a variety of scenarios.

- Knowledge of Analytical Tools - Have a solid understanding of the foundational features of Data Science tools such as Python, R, or SAS.

- Manage risk and compliance with regulatory and ethical standards for AI deployment.
- Champion ethical decision-making in AI development and operational processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in cloud/Agentic technologies (AWS, Azure) are strongly preferred.
- An MBA or equivalent experience in business management is highly valued.
- Relevant experience in advanced analytical/AI/Agentic Platform Build roles of 5-8 years
- Demonstrated expertise in deploying AI/ML solutions on AWS or any other Hyperscaler and a deep understanding of advanced data modeling techniques.
