About the Role

We are looking for a Motion Graphics & Video Creative Lead with strong hands-on expertise in motion graphics, video editing, AI video creation, and digital advertising creatives.

You will own video projects from concept to final delivery, create engaging content for marketing campaigns, and guide the creative team. This role requires someone who can independently produce high-quality videos while maintaining brand consistency and meeting campaign objectives.

Hands-on experience in motion graphics, video editing, and AI video generation is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, storyboard, create, and edit videos for advertising campaigns, social media, product promotions, and brand communication.

• Design motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, and visual effects.

• Produce AI-generated video content and integrate it with footage, graphics, voiceovers, and sound.

• Create video ads for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

• Develop engaging reels, shorts, product explainers, demos, and promotional videos.

• Create multiple variations of hooks, messaging, visuals, and calls to action for creative testing.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to improve creatives based on audience insights and campaign performance.

• Handle post-production, including colour correction, audio editing, subtitles, and final exports.

• Adapt videos for different aspect ratios, durations, placements, and platform requirements.

• Guide designers and video editors, review their work, and provide actionable feedback.

• Manage creative priorities, production timelines, and asset organisation.

• Maintain brand consistency and ensure appropriate usage rights for footage, music, and other assets.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro , or equivalent professional motion graphics and editing tools.

• Practical experience with AI video generation tools , such as Runway, Kling, Pika, or comparable platforms.

• Ability to write effective prompts, refine generated outputs, and maintain visual consistency across AI video scenes.

• Strong understanding of storytelling, composition, pacing, typography, animation, and sound design.

• Experience creating performance marketing video ads with compelling hooks and clear calls to action.

• Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator for supporting visual assets.

• Ability to translate a brief into an original concept and execute it independently.

• Strong attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills.

• Ability to mentor creative team members while remaining actively involved in production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in motion graphics, video editing, and digital creative production.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, advertising videos, and AI-generated video work.

• Experience owning video projects from concept to delivery.

• Previous experience guiding designers or video editors preferred.

• A degree in Animation, Design, Film, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with ad-tech, media, technology companies, startups, or creative agencies.

• Experience producing product demos, app promotional videos, and explainer content.

• Understanding of creative testing and video advertising metrics, including CTR and conversion rate.

• Familiarity with 3D animation or compositing.
