First things first – what is HOWL?

No, we’re not just another agency, and yes, you’ve probably heard that from every other agency. That being said, the next few sentences will try to articulate what our vision at HOWL is, and if it strikes a chord, we’d love to hear from you. What drives us is simple – the need to create. Create teams, create processes, and create our own brands and products.

The rest of the page will give you a fair idea of what your day-to-day will look like as a Motion Designer at HOWL.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Conceptualize and create engaging motion graphics and animations across digital and social platforms for a diverse set of brands.
Work on a variety of formats, including social media campaigns, brand films, product explainers, logo animations, reels, and other motion-led storytelling formats.
Take ownership of projects from initial briefs to final delivery, ensuring quality, attention to detail, and timely execution.
Translate creative briefs and static designs into compelling motion-led content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Contribute ideas and creative solutions during brainstorming sessions, internal discussions, and new business pitches.
Experiment with different styles, techniques, and visual approaches to keep the work fresh, engaging, and relevant.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to develop cohesive and impactful creative work.
Stay updated with emerging motion design trends, tools, and techniques, and look for opportunities to bring them into your work.
