What are we looking for? Primary skill - Creative Design - P4 • • Five+ years experience as a motion developer.• • Bachelors degree in, multimedia, graphic design, animation, or equivalent work experience.• • Strong portfolio reel required.• • Robust understanding of design principles and application in banner ad development.• • Able to interpret and build frame by frames (FxFs) for deliverables.• • Strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.• • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Animate, and GitHub. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects with ease while collaborating with producers, developers, designers, and art directors to meet tight deadlines.• • Build animated HTML banners to run in ad platforms using Innovid (Flashtalking), Google Campaign Manager 360, and Amazon Ads Creative Studio.• • Use Figma files and PSDs to generate pixel-perfect HTML layouts using CSS and Adobe Animate.• • Optimize banner ads for fast loading and efficient performance.• • Look for ways to improve workflow efficiencies and shorten turnaround times.• • Seek out new industry approaches and share discoveries with team to fuel innovation.• • Create video animations to support social media videos and short-format videos (explainer videos, whiteboard videos, and customer stories).
