Responsibilities
Own architecture and full lifecycle development of enterprise Java applications
Provide technical guidance and mentorship across distributed development teams
Design and optimize backend services, data models, and database integration
Establish and maintain CI/CD automation pipelines and containerized environments
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and production stability
Requirements
8+ years hands-on Java enterprise development experience
Proficiency in Java 11/17, Jakarta EE, PostgreSQL, WildFly
Experience with Eclipse RCP, SWT, JFace for rich client applications
Strong architecture and object-oriented design pattern knowledge
Expertise in Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Maven
Bachelor's or MCA in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Fluent communication and proven collaboration across distributed teams
