Mobile Engineer - React Native in भारत

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Keet Mobile for iOS and Android.
• Build features for chat, voice and video calls, media sharing, device pairing, and identity backup.
• Implement UI/UX and integrate the device-based peer-to-peer core APIs.
• Integrate push notifications, camera, biometrics, and background tasks on both mobile platforms.
• Profile and optimize startup time, long chats, media handling, battery use, and network use on real devices.
• Write unit and end-to-end tests and help maintain release stability through CI and crash reporting.
• Collaborate with peer-to-peer core, design, and product teams and participate in code reviews.

Requirements

• Significant experience with React Native.
• High proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+.
• Experience with Redux and Redux-Saga for state management.
• Experience with WebSockets and RESTful-based APIs.
• Experience working with a remote team.
• Interest in modernizing and optimizing mobile or web applications.
• Knowledge of Swift or Kotlin and familiarity with Xcode or Android Studio are advantageous.
• Experience building with peer-to-peer frameworks is a bonus.
