1. 2. Purpose of Requisition

The E-commerce function operates across nine online and quick-commerce platforms and five brand portfolios currently. The volume of daily, weekly and monthly reporting has grown to a point where Key Account Managers are spending a significant share of their time on data consolidation rather than on platform growth, negotiations and account management.

A dedicated MIS resource under the E-commerce Control Tower will own the end-to-end reporting stack – ensuring reports are delivered on time, in a consistent format, with a single source of truth for sales, distribution and launch data across all platforms and brands. This will free KAM bandwidth for revenue-generating work and improve the quality and timeliness of data used in weekly and monthly reviews.

• Scope / Notes: Availability and distribution coverage across platforms, cities and dark stores

1. 4. WDD-based review presentation

• Frequency: Weekly

• Scope / Notes: Weekly PPT for weekly review with leadership and brand teams

1. 5. NPD tracker – status update

• Frequency: Weekly

• Scope / Notes: Listing, live-status and early-sales tracking for new product launches

1. 6. Flipkart weekly keyword search-volume tracker

• Frequency: Weekly

• Scope / Notes: Category and brand keyword search-volume trends

1. 7. Other trackers – status update

• Frequency: Weekly / as scheduled

• Scope / Notes: All other E-commerce trackers maintained by the team

1. 8. Tertiary sales report

• Frequency: Monthly

• Scope / Notes: Platform-wise tertiary (sell-out) consolidation for all brands

1. 9. State-wise sales report

• Frequency: Monthly

• Scope / Notes: Geography-level sales cuts for all platforms and brands

1. 10. Ad-hoc data requests

• Frequency: As required

• Scope / Notes: Data pulls and analysis for leadership, brand, finance, supply chain and platform KAM teams

• Daily: 2 deliverables – DSR and Influencer SKU sheets across 9 platforms

• Weekly: 5 deliverables – WDD report, WDD review PPT, NPD tracker, Flipkart keyword tracker, other trackers

• Monthly: 2 deliverables – Tertiary report and State-wise report

• Ongoing: Ad-hoc data requests from multiple stakeholders

Education

Experience

1. 1–3 years in an MIS, sales analytics or business reporting role, preferably in FMCG, beauty & personal care or e-commerce

2. Prior exposure to marketplace seller panels or brand analytics dashboards (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto etc.) is a strong advantage

Skills

• Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets – Pivot tables, lookups, Power Query and dashboard building

• High attention to detail and accuracy with large, multi-source data sets

• Ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines and prioritise ad-hoc requests from several stakeholders

• Good written and verbal communication for stakeholder coordination

• Working knowledge of Power BI / SQL is desirable, not mandatory
