Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced cloud solutions within the IT Services sector. In this pivotal role, you will leverage deep expertise in Microsoft Cloud Computing and Architecture to drive enterprise-level digital transformation. The position is central to integrating cutting-edge technologies, specifically Generative AI and Agentic AI, into our operational framework. This role demands a professional capable of bridging technical complexity with business strategy, ensuring robust system performance while fostering seamless collaboration across diverse teams. The successful candidate will play a critical part in shaping our technical roadmap and delivering scalable, secure, and innovative cloud environments.
Responsibilities
Design and architect comprehensive enterprise solutions utilizing Microsoft Cloud technologies to meet complex business requirements.
Lead the development and integration of Generative AI and Agentic AI applications to enhance organizational capabilities.
Craft and maintain precise technical documentation that guides development teams and stakeholders through system architectures.
Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration to align technical implementations with broader business goals.
Oversee system monitoring and performance optimization initiatives to ensure high availability and efficiency.
Provide expert-level application support and troubleshooting for critical cloud infrastructure and AI-driven tools.
Develop and refine prompt engineering strategies to maximize the efficacy of AI models.
Conduct rigorous AI evaluation processes to validate model accuracy, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in IT Services, with a strong focus on cloud architecture.
Proven expertise in Microsoft Cloud Computing and Architecture, including Azure ecosystem proficiency.
Demonstrated experience in implementing Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions within enterprise environments.
Advanced skills in Prompt Engineering and AI Evaluation methodologies.
Strong ability to produce clear, comprehensive technical documentation.
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with a track record of working effectively in diverse teams.
Proficiency in System Monitoring and Performance Optimization techniques.
Solid background in Application Support and Troubleshooting for complex cloud systems.
Compensation package is competitive, ranging up to ₹12 lpa, reflecting the seniority and specialized nature of the role.
