Job Title: Microbiologist Location: Sector 85, Noida Industry: Manufacturing Experience Required: 1-2 Years Salary Offered: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Key Responsibilities Perform microbial analysis on raw materials, in-process, and finished products. Conduct environmental monitoring and water testing. Maintain sterile and contamination-free lab practices. Prepare and maintain microbiological media, reagents, and cultures. Document and report test results in compliance with regulatory requirements. Investigate microbial contamination and support root cause analysis. Ensure lab equipment is calibrated and functioning properly. Collaborate with R&D and production teams for product development and process improvements. Desired Candidate Profile B.Sc./M.Sc. in Microbiology or related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry. Strong knowledge of microbiological testing techniques and laboratory protocols. Familiarity with ISO, GMP, and other quality compliance standards. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
