Responsibilities
Own development and configuration of user stories with Technical Product Owner and Technical Lead
Lead and mentor junior engineers while managing India Commercialization Technology product team
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and data engineering solutions
Establish CI/CD pipelines and lead DevOps practices for release management
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure integration and operational excellence
Requirements
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proficiency in Python, React, JavaScript, or similar programming language
Experience with AWS, Databricks, Salesforce, Planisware, or similar enterprise platforms
Proven experience leading or mentoring technical staff in matrixed organizations
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Git version control systems
Cloud platform proficiency (AWS) and system integration experience
Fluency with O365, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, and enterprise collaboration tools
