As a 'Meta Content Editor' at MBAYogaGuru, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and compelling content across various platforms. Your willingness to learn and develop your skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, YouTube Ads, Facebook Marketing, Instagram Ads, Community Management, CapCut, and data analytics will be instrumental in reaching our target audience and driving business and your career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute content strategies for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
2. Create visually appealing graphics and videos using Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
3. Manage and optimize YouTube Ads, Facebook Marketing, and Instagram Ads to drive traffic and conversions.
4. Engage with our online community through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.
5. Utilize data analytics to track and analyze the performance of content and campaigns, making data-driven decisions for future strategies.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on content objectives and deliverables.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 1 month

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,05,000 - 12,40,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,30,000 - 2,40,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 75,000 - 10,00,000 /year
