About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Plan, launch, monitor and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across prospecting, retargeting and conversion campaigns, with a focus on lead generation and sales.
2. Manage campaigns for D2C brands and understand the full customer journey, including acquisition, conversion, ROAS, CAC, AOV and overall campaign profitability.
3. Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversions API, events, conversion tracking and UTM parameters, and troubleshoot tracking issues to ensure accurate reporting.
4. Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns across relevant formats, while staying updated with new Google Ads features, trends, targeting options and best practices.
5. Analyse campaign performance, identify what is driving or limiting results, and prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations for improving CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversions.
6. Work closely with the social media and creative teams to develop and test different audiences, creatives, hooks, offers and messaging, and use performance data to guide future campaigns.
