About the job

Meta Ads & Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist who can independently manage day-to-day advertising operations across multiple projects. The goal is to generate qualified leads, bookings, and sales while maintaining strong budget discipline, accurate tracking, and transparent performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for different offers, audiences, and business objectives.
2. Manage lead-generation and conversion funnels through WhatsApp, websites, landing pages, instant forms, appointment bookings and purchase journeys.
3. Monitor key metrics, including spend, CTR, CPC, CPM, cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, cost per booking, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend where applicable.
4. Understand each project's target audience, offer, sales process, conversion barriers, operational capacity, and allowable acquisition costs.
5. Develop creative briefs for Rahul, including hooks, ad angles, formats, testing ideas, and creative refresh plans. Coordinate AI-generated creative requirements with Devang when needed.
6. Run structured A/B tests, document hypotheses, analyze results, and make data-backed optimization decisions.
7. Maintain Ads Manager hygiene, including campaign naming, UTMs, tracking events, account diagnostics, policy compliance, and access management.
8. Coordinate with Gyanesh on Meta Pixel, Conversions API, landing-page events, and technical integrations. Verify tracking accuracy instead of assuming it works.
9. Maintain daily performance dashboards and weekly reports covering spend, lead quality, sales feedback, funnel performance, wasted spend, and recommended actions.
10. Identify underperforming campaigns, investigate issues early, and document successful strategies, testing processes, and reusable workflows.

A. Projects You Will Support:
1. Foxxy Digital Tools: Drive product sales, WhatsApp inquiries, and profitable customer acquisition.
2. AI Training & Membership: Generate workshop registrations, one-to-one training bookings, and membership conversions.
3. Uber/Ola-Related Onboarding: Generate qualified inquiries for car purchase, rental, or lease programmes and track downstream conversions.
4. ScanMySocial SaaS: Support pre-launch and launch campaigns once the product and approved launch plan are ready.
5. Other Founder-Approved Campaigns: Manage personal-brand and additional business campaigns according to agreed priorities and budgets.

B. AI-Assisted Performance Marketing & Meta Ads MCP:
1. Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for performance analysis, creative research, campaign hypotheses, reporting, and workflow documentation.
2. Have working knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol), particularly Meta Ads MCP, to connect authorized accounts, retrieve insights, investigate performance, and prepare supported account actions.
3. Understand Meta Marketing API fundamentals, permissions, conversion tracking, and integrations. API or advertising automation experience is a strong advantage.
4. Build reusable, project-wise AI workflows for daily monitoring, anomaly detection, budget pacing, creative analysis, weekly reports, and optimization recommendations.
5. Validate AI-generated insights against Ads Manager, CRM, and actual sales data.
6. Collaborate with Devang on AI automations and Gyanesh on tracking and integrations while independently owning marketing decisions.
7. Follow strict security controls: use authorized access only, protect credentials and customer data, and never increase budgets or publish campaigns autonomously without approval.
