About the job

We are looking for a responsible and proactive MEP Executive & Facility Executive to manage the day-to-day facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of our Vellore center. The candidate should have basic technical knowledge in electrical and plumbing systems along with good co-ordination and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle day-to-day facility and center operations effectively.
2. Monitor and maintain basic electrical and plumbing systems.
3. Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
4. Ensure office readiness on a daily basis, including common areas and workstations.
5. Supervise housekeeping activities and maintain cleanliness standards across the facility.
6. Maintain and update operational checklists, maintenance records, and reports.
7. Monitor DG (Diesel Generator) operations and coordinate maintenance activities.
8. Address client complaints, escalations, and service requests promptly.
9. Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and support teams for smooth operations.
10. Maintain proper documentation related to maintenance, complaints, asset records, and operational activities.

Other requirements

1. Basic knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical and plumbing work.

2. Basic working knowledge of MS Excel and documentation handling.

3. Good communication and coordination skills.

4. Ability to handle client interactions and escalations professionally.

5. Experience in facility management, center management, or office operations is preferred.

6. Ability to manage housekeeping and office support activities efficiently.

7. 1-5 years of experience in facility management, MEP operations, or workplace operations is preferred.

8. Experience in operations is an added advantage.

9. Electrical or mechanical graduate is preferred.

10. Proficiency in mechanical and electrical product design.
