JD- MEP ENGINEER
Ø He shall be responsible for all MEP works and their performance after handing over of the flats.
Ø He should have knowledge of liaison works with respective dept. like MSEDCL, Fire Dept, PCMC etc.
Ø Bill processing of MEP vendors.
Ø Electrical Head should have Knowledge in all HVAC, FPS, & PHE Work,
Ø Knowledge of Testing & Commissioning of all HVAC, PHE, FPS Systems
Ø Ensure smooth progress of day to day activities of mechanical services of the entire Project
Ø Timely procurement of all bought out items/ Equipments.
Ø Review & Value Engineering of DBRs, Drawings, BOQs received from the consultants
Ø Co-ordination with Architects, Consultants for design finalization and Value Engineering
Ø Knowledge in accommodating Revised/Upgraded system requirements of Client
Ø To take all internal approvals and do necessary follow ups
Ø Ensure proper onsite co-ordination with Civil team.
