Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Mentorship Coordinator to ensure the smooth execution of mentorship-related activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with students, managing communication channels, resolving non-academic queries, supporting test execution, and serving as a central point of coordination for mentorship operations.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with students.
Create and manage WhatsApp communities for mentorship batches.
Handle and resolve students non-academic queries promptly and professionally.
Coordinate the smooth conduct of mentorship tests and related activities.
Act as a central coordinator between mentorship centres to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain student records, attendance, and mentorship-related data.
Prepare and manage reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
Utilize AI tools to improve operational efficiency and streamline routine tasks.
Support additional mentorship-related administrative activities as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Basic understanding of the UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) ecosystem.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar productivity tools.
Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a student-centric approach.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in coordination, operations, student support, or the EdTech sector will be an added advantage.
Experience in handling large student communities and cross-functional coordination is preferred.
