Perform advanced medical coding of diagnoses, procedures, and medications using MedDRA and WHO Drug
Ensure coding accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance across multiple clinical studies
Collaborate with clinical and data management teams to resolve coding discrepancies
Contribute to development and refinement of medical coding conventions and procedures
Monitor and implement updates to medical coding standards in trial processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field
Proven medical coding experience with MedDRA and WHO Drug in clinical research
Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and cross-functional team collaboration skills
Legal right to work in India (Chennai or Trivandrum)
