Fortrea seeks an Associate Medical Data Review Manager to lead central medical review activities for clinical trials. The role involves coordinating across functions to execute medical review plans, configure review tools, identify safety signals, and communicate findings to stakeholders and project physicians.

Responsibilities

• Execute central medical review tasks using Xcellerate tool and Central Medical Review Plans
• Configure medical review tool, design visualizations, and conduct user acceptance testing
• Identify safety signals and patient safety concerns through individual and cumulative data assessment
• Collaborate with Project Physician and Central Monitoring Manager to draft and maintain review plans
• Provide training and mentoring to new team members; manage direct reports if applicable

Requirements

• Medical degree, allied medical qualification, or postgraduate life sciences degree
• Experience in central medical review or clinical trial monitoring
• Proficiency with medical data review tools and EDC systems
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to identify and evaluate safety signals from clinical data
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and inspection readiness
