Mechanical Engineer in Bangalore, भारत

GE HealthCare seeks a Mechanical Engineer to design and develop medical device products and solutions. The role involves CAD modeling, engineering analysis, prototype testing, and cross-functional collaboration to bring new products from concept through validation.

Responsibilities

• Execute mechanical engineering activities for new product development and field projects
• Develop and evaluate mechanical designs using tolerance analysis and design-for-manufacturing
• Create 3D CAD models, drawings, and engineering documentation
• Plan and execute prototype builds, testing, and design validation
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams to resolve technical issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 2+ years of mechanical engineering experience in product development
• Proficiency with 3D CAD software, preferably Creo
• Knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Experience with design reviews, verification processes, and engineering change management
• Medical device or regulated industry experience preferred
