We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Mechanical Engineer with one to three years of professional experience to lead initiatives in mechanical maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, installation, preventive care, and engineering enhancements. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in sustaining the reliability of our machinery and assets, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality while minimizing operational downtime.

Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of mechanical systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex machinery issues to restore operations efficiently.
  • Oversee the precise installation of new equipment and components.
  • Implement and manage preventive maintenance schedules to proactively address potential failures.
  • Drive continuous engineering improvements to enhance operational efficiency and output.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), Bachelor of Technology (https://jobeax.com/link/2DENLGgQM7whDhaE), or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrate one to three years of hands-on experience within mechanical maintenance, manufacturing, production, or industrial engineering environments.
  • Exhibit a solid foundational understanding of industrial machinery and established mechanical maintenance protocols.
