About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Undergo structured training across assigned manufacturing and support functions.
2. Develop an understanding of production processes, quality standards, safety practices, systems, and work procedures.
3. Support departmental activities in line with business and operational requirements.
4. Analyse process-related issues and contribute to root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
5. Assist with process-improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost reduction, and efficiency.
6. Maintain required production, quality, process, and departmental records, including Management Information Systems (MIS).
7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support smooth day-to-day operations.
8. Follow company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety standards, and statutory requirements.
9. Participate in 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Daily Work Management (DWM) activities.
10. Undertake additional responsibilities and projects assigned during the training period.
