Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Maximo Application Specialist to configure and support the Maximo enterprise asset management system in Bangalore. The role involves translating business requirements into system configurations, managing workflows and security, and ensuring effective user adoption and ongoing system performance.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Maximo application to align with business requirements
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement system solutions
  • Design and manage workflows, domains, security configurations, and UI customizations
  • Conduct testing activities including unit and user acceptance testing
  • Provide ongoing functional support and drive continuous system improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on Maximo functional configuration experience
  • Strong knowledge of Maximo Work, Asset, Inventory, and Procurement modules
  • Experience configuring workflows, domains, security groups, and user interfaces
  • Demonstrated experience with unit testing and user acceptance testing
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical system configurations
  • Strong troubleshooting and end-user support capabilities
