Masterring Technician in Hyderabad, भारत

We are seeking a motivated Mastering Technician to support day-to-day office and technical operations. The ideal candidate has solid IT, gaming platform knowledge, proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and internet research, strong organizational and communication skills, and close attention to detail. This role requires availability to work night shifts. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Maintain physical and electronic filing systems. 

• Prepare documents, reports and presentations in Microsoft Office; conduct online research. 

• Install applications, manage files and perform basic troubleshooting on Windows. 

• Support hardware, peripherals and network (wired/Wi-Fi, IP) connectivity. 

• Support gaming consoles, install/uninstall mobile apps and resolve errors. 

• Maintain inventory records, submit weekly reports and answer Managers’ queries. 

• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

• Good general IT knowledge and confidence working with computers and common technology. 

• Basic Windows knowledge installing applications, managing files and folders, troubleshooting. 

• Basic knowledge of hardware and peripherals monitors, keyboards, mice, headsets, storage devices. 

• Basic knowledge of networking wired/Wi-Fi connectivity and IP/network troubleshooting. 

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and internet browsing. 

• Basic knowledge of gaming consoles and platforms. 

• Basic knowledge of installing/uninstalling mobile apps and troubleshooting errors. 

• Strong organizational, time-management and multitasking skills. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication, works well independently and in a team. 

• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. 

• Willingness to work night shifts. 

GOOD TO HAVE:

• Ability to source devices through e-commerce platforms. 

• Awareness of new mobile, console and VR releases, shares technical insights with the team. 

• Advanced mobile device troubleshooting. 

• Experience managing gaming hardware and asset inventory. 

• Flexibility with working hours.
