You are the first marketing hire for a house of brands being built for the American consumer market, starting with our fine jewelry brand. You get to write the playbook for the brand. What you build here becomes the acquisition engine for every brand we launch after.
Research and implement effective paid social strategies, including UGC, video formats, hooks, and creator content, with structured creative testing and clear criteria for scaling or discontinuing campaigns.
Create and optimize basic ad creatives using Canva and similar tools, including quick edits, resizing, and creative variations.
Use AI tools for creative generation, copy testing, performance analysis, and workflow automation while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Manage the full marketing funnel by identifying and resolving issues related to landing pages, offers, tracking, pixels, and campaign performance.
Prepare weekly performance reports covering ad spend, ROAS, CAC, and contribution margin.
