GE HealthCare seeks a manufacturing graduate engineering trainee to support ultrasound and medical device production operations in Bengaluru. The role involves assisting with equipment calibration, quality investigations, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining compliance with manufacturing standards.
Responsibilities
Support daily manufacturing operations for ultrasound and PCS products ensuring safety and compliance
Assist in investigating and resolving production line and product quality issues
Maintain equipment calibration schedules, records, and verification activities
Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives including Kaizen and Poka-Yoke projects
Coordinate with suppliers and production teams on material rejections and rework activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical, or Mechanical Engineering
Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant manufacturing experience
Understanding of engineering principles and technical procedures
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional manufacturing teams
Attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
